All orders are dispatched with 24 hours from the time of order.

All orders received are set to the default Status of ORDER RECEIVED, at this point your order is accepted as received and is undergoing security checks to ensure your card details match the buyer.

This status is updated to PREPERATION IN PROGRESS, once your order has been printed and is being packed, ready for dispatch

The final stage of your purchase will show your order as SHIPPED, at which point you will receive an email with your tracking number and a URL to allow you to track your order via the Royal Mail website.

We ship all order using Royal Mail.

Royal Mail shipments are sent using a First Class service and are sent using the Signed For service.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We will also offer discounted delivery that will range from 99p to £2.99 or half price delivery, where these discounts are offered you will be supplied with a discount code to insert into the promotional box at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary dependant on stock availability and times of year, where an item is set as:

Available from Regional Depot - This means that order placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day

Available from Central Depot - This means that orders will be dispatched within 24 Hours from the time you placed your order.
